management, business operations, quality, and innovation - she delivers an
unparalleled service to both large and mid-size corporations.
Corinne is passionate about two areas of business that are simply essential to competing in the 21st century: 1. improving virtual communication and virtual management; and 2. using innovation practices to solve problems. Her passion coupled with her uniquely-matched skill set led her to focus on these two arenas.
As an early adopter of telecommuting and
virtual teams, Corinne has over 20 years of leadership experience managing both
small and large scale domestic and global organizations in a variety of
functions. This experience blended with her training and communication skills
is a rare combination that continuously earns her high marks when she trains,
coaches, and consults in the areas of “managing a virtual workforce” and
“communicating virtually.”
Always the innovator, Corinne was instrumental in creating and delivering a
number of high-tech products throughout her engineering career, and also
demonstrated that innovation is relevant to any function when she applied
innovation and won awards in business operations, quality, and learning and
development (Director, Motorola University). Corinne now trains others on how
they can integrate innovation practices into everyday problem solving to
achieve quicker and better results.
Corinne holds a BS, Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of
